Floor 1, but very panoramic and very bright CIN: IT101013C2LTFTWH2B The space The apartment is very panoramic even if located on the first floor (it is reached from the large staircase, with a few comfortable steps with handrail that from the square leads to the promenade, from which you can access the various stairs of the complex), also equipped with a water reserve, is inside a large newly restored Residence in Praialonga Village which is located on the border of the protected marine area of Isola di Capo Rizzuto. Just 50 meters from the house, to the left is the cliff that hides beautiful beaches that can be reached by swimming or canoeing and to the right is the long (tens of km) beach from which you can enjoy the sun and the sea. Umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 deckchair, kayak for 2-3 people will be available free of charge to guests. Free parking around the Residence. Large square where children can play in total tranquility and safety. In the village, from mid-June to the first week of September, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, 2 tennis courts (for a fee), a mini-market and medical assistance are open. A 10-minute drive away are the towns of Botricello and Le Castella where there are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies all year round. From Le Castella, you can organize boat trips to the marine reserve by contacting specialized centers. Guest access The beach is a few dozen meters from the apartment: you can leave the house with only your swimsuit, ready to bathe, take a nice swim (here the sea water has an optimal temperature from June to early November), or take a ride with the kayak that we make available to our guests free of charge. Other things to note Guests are provided with an umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 deckchair on the beach in front of the apartment. Free kayak use for 2-3 people (4 if 1 child). NB: The tourist tax due to the Municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto (€1.50 per day, for each guest from 10 to 70 years for the first 14 days) must be paid in cash to the host at check-in.
