Country house, 7 km from the sea

You will be nestled in the center of the Manche, near La Haye du Puits. This is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and discover the treasures of the region (Côte des Havres, Mont Saint Michel, La Hague, Channel Islands, Val de Saire...). The space This charming house is ideally located between La Hague and Mont Saint Michel, in the center of the English Channel, in a small country hamlet while being minutes from a very dynamic village and the Côte des Havres. You are 800 m from the greenways for walking or cycling! Whether in summer or autumn and winter, our region will charm you as it does for us! Rainy walks on the beach are unparalleled in providing a feeling of rejuvenation (and imagine the hot chocolate right after, by the fireplace...)! A whole program to experience! 3.5 hours from Paris, a weekend getaway is possible... The living room includes the kitchen area and the living room. A corridor separated by a door leads to a first bedroom with marine ambiances, then, at the back, the shower room and separate toilet. The second bedroom (more earthly!) is accessed by stairs, it is on the mezzanine but separated from the other rooms by the door. Both bedrooms (140 x 200 cm beds) are spacious. Beds are made upon arrival. Basic products are available in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea... and dishwashing liquid, paper towels), bathroom (shower gel, shampoo) and toilet (toilet paper). Guest access Entire south-facing accommodation with its 500 m2 of land at the front (gravel yard and wooded lawn), unfenced (no gate). You can park your car(s) there. Other things to note The house includes a gas stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, ironing board and iron, washing machine, hair dryer. Outside, you have a barbecue, a garden table and chairs. Beds are made upon arrival. Usual electricity is included (8kw/h per day), beyond that, I charge €0.17 per kw/h.
