Tourist tax included in price. The space You will have 3 spacious floors at your disposal. The first floor has a large living space with a large comfortable couch and TV, where you can relax after a long day shopping or/and sightseeing. This space also has a separate breakfast or dinner area with a fully functioning, contemporary, kitchen area. It has a cosy round table to enjoy. The second floor has 2 inviting spacious bedrooms on either side. The main bedroom has a king size bed, with an (new) ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. In the hallway is a (new) bathroom with a toilet and shower and a two persons sink. Every day fresh towels! The other bedroom has 2 beds, which can be pushed together, when desired, to form a queen size bed. On the third floor there is a bedroom with a bunkbed and a ensuite bathroom. There is also a small fitness device to work on your health:). NOTE: it is only possible to rent the accommodation as a whole. Hence one price for max 6 persons. Guest access Easy access to the accommodation. Possibility to park in front of the accommodation, but pricy. Better park in front of the accommodation, on large parking lot, for only €4,00 per day! Other things to note I have a lovely dogs, in my downstairs appartement, that barks when you enter the accommodation. Please don't worry, barking dogs don't bite:). He just wants to let you know he knows you're coming in. Also, please don't forget that in the price tourist tax is included. If you do not live in the same municipality, it is mandatory to pay 6.05% of the total amount of the accommodation.
