In the heart of Olivar, a 16th-century villa in the middle of the Sierra Alcarreña, less than 100 km from Madrid and half an hour from “the Spanish Provence” (Lavender fields in Brihuega) and 10 minutes from the Entrepenas reservoir, is La Lavender cottage. Lavender House was built a few years ago recreating the memory of our family´s old farmhouse.
