Cosy 80m² apartment with garden

This cosy 85m² apartment is located on the outskirts of Matrei in East Tyrol in a beautiful and sunny location. You can therefore expect a relaxing holiday with a majestic view of the mountains, which invite you to hike, ski or simply relax. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and is divided into a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower and an anteroom with wardrobe. Equipped with all utensils you will not miss anything in our apartment. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house, which is situated on a slope. Therefore you reach the entrance over a staircase, but you have all the freedom of your own entrance and a garden directly in front of the door for you. There is no fence in the garden. Other things to note The local tax amounts to 2.60€ per person per day (from 15 years) and is to be paid locally. Dogs must be declared and due to extented cleaning cost 10€ / night / dog extra. The apartment is located next to a road, so we cannot offer very sensitive people complete silence.
