Cleverly designed, the house benefits from an open plan arrangement, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, welcoming lounge area and social dining space that is ideal for families or couples alike. The properties two bedrooms radiate tranquility and comfort, with the master offering a full size double, and the guest room offering a small double. The sofa has foam padding that makes a surprisingly comfortable short term single. Areas to note: The dining space has 4 chairs. Head space and leg room is compromised in this area of the home. Guest access Entire property Other things to note Pet Rules: We love pets and want to welcome well behaved ones to the property, however we want to ensure that the house remains beautiful for all our guests. • Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture • Muddy pets need to be washed off (outdoor tap) and dried • No pets to be left in the property or garden if guests are out (there are pet sitting services and doggy day care very close by) • Any damage or additional cleaning will sadly have to be charged for • All pet mess to be cleared up We want to offer the accommodation to pet owners and really do appreciate your acceptance of these rules on booking.
