The space The swimming pool and the sheltered jacuzzi are located next to the terrace. You benefit from a 100m2 detached house. The pool heated to 26* is open from May to September (exceptionally open in April 2025 but we do not guarantee 26 degrees) and the jacuzzi can be used all year round, it can be heated up to 40°. You can park your car under cover inside the fenced property with an entrance by a motorized gate. All year round enjoy the benefits of the sheltered spa or sip a drink on the terraces according to your desires, in summer season dive into the swimming pool (electric roller shutter) … Guest access You have private access to the entire house and its fenced yard. There is a courtyard area and a grassy area. There are 2 private terraces, one of which is sheltered with access to the Jacuzzi, overlooking the walnut grove. (Not overlooked) The bread oven is not usable. It is possible that during your stay someone will come to treat the Jacuzzi and the pool or mow and water the lawn; this person will not have access to the interiors and you will be notified of their arrival. Other things to note As the hamlet is quiet, it is forbidden to organize parties (bachelor or bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.) It is imperative to take a shower before going into the Jacuzzi as well as after a swim in the pool. (The water treatment is sensitive and it may be unsuitable for swimming if it comes into contact with hygiene products such as body cream, perfume, makeup, sunscreen and pool chlorine) For hygiene reasons you must undo the bed on your departure, taking care to leave the mattress and pillow protectors on the mattress and pillows (the laundry is washed by a professional) On checkout, please: - clean the appliances (coffee makers, ovens, fridge, stove...) and the plancha - empty the dishwasher and put clean dishes away - empty ashtrays and garbage cans and place them in the moloch (for safety reasons we do not transport your garbage ourselves, we are sorry)
