Country house and beach just a short walk away from Valencia

Rustic house from the last century, tastefully renovated, in the Valencian garden, the surroundings of the Albufera Natural Park and near Playa del Rey. Perfect for lovers of the countryside and the beach, where calm and relaxation come together for everyone's enjoyment! A swim in the pool, a nap in the pine shade hammocks, or a bbq with the family will be transformed into unforgettable memories! The space The cottage consists on the ground floor of an office kitchen overlooking the living room with fireplace and a bathroom. The upper floor includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk bed and trundle bed with outdoor access to the laundry room and a small gazebo with sunset views. Outside there is a private seating area with barbecue, table and awnings to enjoy their privacy. The host family lives in a wall-mounted house with the rental house and therefore both the garden and the swimming pool and the pine forest are common spaces that we are happy to share :) Hosts have two dogs and a very social cat. The only neighbors are an older couple who will see in the white house that is shown in the photos. Guest access The house has a small pine forest where you can enjoy the hammocks and the fresh breeze, eat or read. In the garden they have an elevated prefabricated swimming pool of good size and a platform with sun loungers and armchairs to be at ease. (apart from your private living area with barbecue) Other things to note The hosts' pets are not tied up since they are very good and friendly. Upon acceptance, we can accept the pet of our guests, as long as it is well-behaved, sociable and not outrageous so as not to disturb the couple of older neighbors who bear very badly, the barking.
