This vast property provides ample accommodation for 12 + 2 persons, with its spacious kitchen (complete with indoor BBQ and ice maker), large dining room with enormous fireplace, and living room spanning the back of the house. There is also a further living area on the first floor, again with a fireplace ...and on the lower ground floor, there is a cinema room, perfect for evening or rainy day entertainment. Outside there is plenty of room to relax and dine al fresco under the shade of mature trees. For reading in peace there is a wonderful covered terrace leading from the first floor living area. The 200.000 sq. meters of parkland / fenced garden is a paradise for children, and with 700 olive trees, there are plenty of places for relaxing. The private, gated swimming pool with Roman Steps is a real luxury, and this area is lit at night for those nocturnal swims (Note that outside of July and August the pool is heated using an air pump system. The temperature of the water will depend on the outside temperature, but in any event, the pool will be warmer than those without the heat pump). There is also a hot tub in the garden. If you can tear yourselves away from this wonderful place, then the villa is a short walk from the local village, and it is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. For rainy days, there is a fully equipped 12-person Home Cinema. You can even pick up a bus 300M from the property which will take you to many of these places!
