The 2 bedroom apartment is in the centre of the village making it the perfect location for those coming to visit Blenheim Palace, The Cotswolds, Oxford Airport, Weddings, Salon Privé, Soho Farmhouse and the city of Oxford. The grounds of Blenheim Place are on your door step as well as a wealth of restaurants, cafes and shops. The space The 2 bedroom apartment was part of a former bank situated next to the Town Hall. Built in the early 1900's the building still retains its charm and character whilst the apartment has been renovated to high standards with a beautiful modern finish. The apartment has 2 bedrooms - Master Bedroom - Super King bed Second Bedroom - 2 Single Beds There is a family bathroom with a shower over bath & sink, and also a separate WC. The open plan living-dining room is the perfect space for a family or colleagues to chill out after a day exploring or working. The dining table sits 4 people and there is also a desk space for anyone wishing to work or study. The living area has a Smart TV from which guests are able to access Netflix, Youtube and much more. The kitchen if fully equipped and also had a table and chairs as another dining option. The apartment is spacious and light throughout. There is plenty of storage and hanging space in the apartment . You will find modern furnishings throughout and eye catching art work. Guest access Guests have use of the whole apartment. Once a booking is confirmed I will send you details relating to your check in. Other things to note The apartment is in the heart of the village. There is the chance at certain times that noise could be heard, for example in September there is a drive by of a selection Cars from Salon Privé with a live band and drinks after, Woodstock Live during the August Bank Holiday (hosting bands across 2 days) & on the 1st Monday and Tuesday in October there is a fun fair with rides. There could also be other community events taking place in the town hall square opposite, for example Morris dancing and farmers markets. Long Stay Cleaning Fee - Please note that stays longer than 3 weeks/21 Nights are required to pay a long term end of stay cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee of £240 will be charged after the booking has been confirmed.
