Hottub at surcharge The space From the entrance gates to the oak staircase, every detail of Kingswood Manor reflects timeless craftsmanship and comfort. Elegant, spacious, and rich in history, this private estate combines classic charm with modern amenities for a truly memorable stay. AIRBNB includes eight beautifully appointed bedrooms (five ensuite, two family bathrooms) and several inviting living spaces — a billiard room, morning room, dining room, breakfast room, study, and a fully equipped kitchen. A ninth ground-floor bedroom with ensuite is available on request (wheelchair accessible, additional fee applies). Kingswood Cottage, located within the grounds, provides three further bedrooms for larger family groups, accommodating up to six guests (additional charge). Guests enjoy the privacy of the entire estate and its gardens, ideal for extended family stays, reunions, or peaceful countryside breaks. Please note we do not take event bookings on AIRBNB. Please note: no stag bookings accepted. Guest access Guests have private use of the Manor and its facilities. All primary living areas and bedrooms are prepared according to your confirmed guest numbers to ensure the home is comfortable and ready for your stay. If your group size changes before arrival, please let us know so the correct rooms can be made up. For smaller groups, unused bedrooms may remain closed to reduce energy use and housekeeping, but the entire property is always reserved for your exclusive stay. Certain areas used for maintenance or storage are not part of the guest accommodation. We can connect guests with trusted local providers offering a selection of tailored experiences and conveniences. All arrangements are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Use of the BBQ and outdoor hot tub (fee applies for hottub) can also be arranged before arrival, with prior notice.
