The apartment is located in a peaceful location close to the forest on the outskirts of Maribor. It is renovated and fully furnished, clean, friendly and set with love. The apartment is located close to the Maribor Old town, where you can find bars, restaurants, pubs etc...Welcome. The space The apartment is part of the multi-apartment private house. The 42sq meters apartment has a separated entry area with wardrobe and shoe closet. A bath-shower with cosy towels, a hair dryer and washing machine. Fully furnished kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave etc... part of which is also a dining place. In the room you will find a closet, TV stand, comfortable double bed with mattress (140 x 200) and bed sofa (150 x 200) designed for two 2 persons. Outside of the apartment you have a table and two sits where you can enjoy fresh air. Guest access Additionally, there is free internet access via WiFi and cable TV. I also offer breakfast basket at your request. There is a free parking space. If you would like to stay for a longer time, I can provide a laundry service. Other things to note The prices include 9,5% VAT. Additional you need to pay Maribor municipal tourist tax (paid in cash when you move in): adults = 2,50 € /per/night children 7-18 years = 1,25 € /per/night Cleaning fee is 15 €. Breakfast is available for 10 € per person. Dogs are welcome. Additional fee need to be paid in cash when you move in (small dogs 7€, medium and large dogs 10€). If you stay in a tourist or lodging facility, me as accommodation provider must register you with the competent police station within 12 hours.
