It also has a place with sufficient shade to drink your morning coffee and relax your lunch!Smoking is allowed outdoors with due care.... Free parking in the garden with a proportionate reduction of space allows one car for ELDAR 1 and one for ELDAR 2 as well as the car of the owners. Other things to note The semi-double sofa is suitable for two people to sit when it is closed and for a child to sleep when you open it Its dimensions when it is open are approx. Width 106 cm and length 178 cm.The entrance from the street as shown in the photos is also used by a discreet and quiet permanent tenant who lives in the apartment on the front left and does not move at all in front of ELDAR 1 and never accepts guests.Hosts as well as their friends ~ relatives avoid using this courtyard door and use the garden entrance. The courtyard in front of ELDAR 1 used by its guests is part of a single courtyard that is visually separated from its part in front of our own house which is continuously in the depths as shown in the photos. Only at the end of the ELDAR1 space is there an opening to the garden~parking ~shown in the photo that is used as much for our own passage as for the guests of ELDAR1 for access to the common garden.But I note that as the street gate is visible to passers-by naturally I cannot exclude someone who does not know our habits to want to enter e.g. for information... something that does not happen often but is not excluded!
