It is 5 min to Dansoman Roundabout where there are many shops, bank and ATMs, filling station, pharmacies, fast food restaurant, food stalls, etc. and 7 min to Mallam Junction/intersection which connects to Kotoka Airport via N1 or Western Region. Elevated location with lots of sea breeze and nice view of McCarthy Hill. 20-30 minutes to Bojo beach, and about the same time to Labadi Beach. Very safe area, easy access to shops, markets, pharmacy, petrol/Gas station, convenience stores, fast food, taxi rank, Churches, etc. Please note that the generator on the premise will be provided with a full tank when you arrive. If you want to have the use of the generator when / if there are power cuts, you will need to pay a revolving fuel deposit of 500 GHC (approx $150) to my caretaker who will use it to top-up the generator whenever it is used and provide you with receipts as necessary.
