Welcome to a great place, ideal for a short visit or a long period, all over the year , that we are sure will leave you great memories.It's a wonderful, relaxing house, just above the sea, with a panoramic view on the port of Vathy , a natural port of great beauty. The space The house can accommodate up to 5 people, having a double bed bedroom and a 2 single bed bedroom ( plus an extra bed if needed) A fully equipped kitchen, including a dish washer, is available to the guests to prepare their meals. The house offers a living room with Tv, hifi and a special fireplace which can heat the whole house via heat conductors and pipelines through the walls, which makes the house suitable to receive visitors even in winter. A large veranda with a view of the town and the port of Vathy is the ideal place to relax. Close to the heart of Vathy, but in the same time quiet enough to enjoy the calmness. In the backyard there is an outdoor area with trees, BBQ and two sitting areas, one stone made under an old olive tree and another at the terrace viewing the sea, where guest can enjoy their dinner. One of the rare facilities you can be offered at the "Athena Seafront Villa" is a free of charge boatspace, in front of the house.
