Modern apartment with private entrance 🖤

Hi , I am Marlene and offer you a cozy, modern apartment with a separate entrance. You will stay not far from Soest city center in a very quiet side street. The Soest All Saints' Day fair and the beautiful Christmas market are popular destinations, but also various sights as well as nearby Lake Möhnesee offer the possibility of varied activities. We prefer a friendly and uncomplicated coexistence. The space The entire apartment was newly renovated in August 2020. It offers a bathroom with shower/toilet in a modern style, and a living and sleeping room with well-equipped (albeit small) kitchenette, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The cozy box-spring bed measures 1.40 × 2.00 m. The couch invites you to sit and relax, but is rather unsuitable as a sleeping place, even if it can be folded out. Free parking is right outside the front door. Guest access The entire place is available for private use. Other things to note It's a basement apartment.
