The space This accomodation is a separate apartment in an Art Nouveau villa built in 1907. Villa is located in a popular part of town Ceska Lipa. There is quiet and peace, but also only 10-minute walk to the market, to post office and to city center. Close to the house there is a train stop, which can be reached by train from towns like Usti nad Labem or Decin. The house has 5 apartments, three of them have permanent tenants and 1 is occupied by its owners. The GALA apartment is bright and very spacious, it has its own gas boiler. There is everything you need for your comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with disches and basic food. The villa house is after complete reconstruction and has new wooden windows. We are choosing a company that will finalize the facade of the house. So please, do not be fooled by the original plaster, inside the house there is the coziness and the well-being. The house has a garden where you can realax as well as a free parking places. The nature of town Ceska Lipa is beautiful. Mácha Lake (=Máchovo jezero), hills like Ronov, Klíč, and protected landscape areas like Hell, Kokořínsko, Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland, České středohoří - everything is pretty nearby. In the town center there is the "Textile Print Center", the Špičák Lookout Tower, the excellent amateur theater, the open air music festivals in the summer and autumn, and jazz musicians and local rock bands perform at the well-known local bar "U bílého černocha".
