The Arches, Slingsby

The Arches is a cosy two-bedroom cottage, located in the quiet village of Slingsby near Castle Howard. The cottage has an open fire, as well as its own private garden - with seating area. The cottage is just a short walk from the pleasant village pub. There are routes for walking and cycling on the doorstep, but it is also well-situated for access to the North York Moors National Park, Howardian Hills AONB, York, and East Coast. The space Cosy sitting room with electric or open fire place (logs supplied) - as well as French doors opening onto the private enclosed garden with seating area which catches the morning and late afternoon sun. Large master bedroom with en suite shower room/WC. Light and cosy second twin bedroom next to the family bathroom/WC. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and all the utensils you will need. Wifi, smart TV and DVD player all provided. Off-road parking and a lockable shed to store bicycles. Cots and high-chairs can be provided on request. Guest access You will have sole use of the cottage and its facilities. The tumble dryer is in an outhouse nearby and is shared with guests in our second cottage, The Stables.
