Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden. The space Lovely secluded spot, giving directly onto the South Downs Way, as a welcome haven for walkers, close to the picturesque medieval village of Alfriston, with its numerous pubs and tea rooms, and a short walk from the popular rated Sussex Ox pub. It makes a great base for a longer stay as there are loads of local activities and days out to be had in the area, and enough space to just hang out and enjoy the garden. I keep some of my belongings in the house so you will find the kitchen well stocked with plenty of utensils, crockery, cooking pots pans, baking things and a handy bread machine for breakfasts. Guest access The neighbourhood is very rural, buses run from Alfriston along the coast, Polegate station is a drive away, and Berwick is about 2.5 miles. The property is approached along a gravel drive at the end of which is plenty of parking space. Other things to note I have a dog.
