Nice and comfortable apartment located in Boca del Rio two blocks from the beach. It is located on the ground floor of a building with only 4 apartments. It has a parking space. Being our family resting place, it is equipped with all the necessary utensils and services to make you feel at home (wifi, cable TV, hot water, air conditioning). The pool is on the top floor (there is no elevator). The area is easily accessible near Mocambo The space Definitely what makes our accommodation special (inside) is the comfort, it is a place to spend time with family, as well as the decoration since much was done by ourselves. And (outside) without a doubt the location, since you can do everything without having to use your vehicle, from walking to the restaurants of Mocambo, going to the beach, exercising on the Boulevard, renting a bike and touring the coast. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor. Inside the apartment, guests have access to all the spaces of the apartment, kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room, as well as things to enjoy the beach. In the building there are common areas shared by the 4 apartments such as the garage (with one parking space per apartment), the pool that is shared with the four apartments and is located on the top floor of the building (there is no elevator)
