Comfortable and modern (completed in 2016) ground floor apartment for 2 to 4 people (+ junior bed 165cm), located in an independent cottage in an old park, part of a large (36ha) private former mill settlement "Uroczysko Połomja", located in the Jurassic Landscape Park. The area of the cottage is 47 sq m, including a double bedroom, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed (2 persons), bathroom with toilet and shower, a room with a wardrobe and a junior bed. Terrace with awning (14 sq meters), garden furniture and barbecue. Wi-Fi. The space The apartment has a dining room with a kitchenette and a living room (23.6 m2 in total), a bathroom 6.26 m2, a bedroom 10 m2, a room with a wardrobe 5.5 m2, a corridor 1.5 m2. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave or small oven (to choose from), 2-burner induction electric stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender and hand mixer, full equipment with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. The dining and living area is equipped with a 43-inch TV with internet connection (Netflix, HBO), dining table, 4 chairs, sofa bed (150x200 cm), coffee table, shoe bench, and a bench. The bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 cm double bed with bedding for 2 people, a bedside table, a chest of drawers with 3 drawers, 2 lamps above the bed, a standing hanger. The window has a mosquito net. The small room is equipped with a 140/165 cm children's bed with bedding for 2 children, a 2-door wardrobe, a bookcase with shelves, a seat, and a mosquito net in the window. The bathroom is equipped with a 90x90 cm shower, toilet, bidet, sink, 2 cabinets with a mirror, a set of towels, hair dryer, and an additional heater - electric blower. Guests have access to a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. On the terrace, there is an awning with an electric motor, a table, 4 chairs, and a barbecue. Guest access There are 2 gazebos, hammocks in the park, a fire pit, bicycles, ping pong table, badminton net and rackets, volleyball, forest paths in a private forest, a swing by the pond, a barbecue and a mini playground for children with swings, a sandpit, a slide and a swimming pool in summer. We also have a dog (kept behind a fenced yard). Families with children are welcome! On request, we will provide a crib with bedding, a child seat, and a bathtub. Dogs, cats and other pets are also welcome (for a fee of PLN 50 per pet per stay). Free parking under the shed. Other things to note We invite you to smoke on the terrace. You can order extra cleaning of the apartment (150PLN) and replacement of bed linen (50PLN for a double bed). You can order home-made dinners. To be arranged on site.
