She's the perfect retreat for anyone wanting to explore Denton's thriving art and music scene, to visit the local colleges, or whatever brings your travels to good ol' Denton TX. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you're just a 5 minute drive to the Denton square. Max 2 vehicles. No parties or events permitted. The space Very quiet neighborhood that is tucked away and minutes from UNT campus, TWU and The Square. Enjoy each morning with a hot brew of coffee from our Keurig and basic cooking supplies. This house also has a washer and dryer, smart TV, & high speed WiFi. During your stay, you have quick access to UNT and TWU to visit and tour the campus's and enjoy The Square in downtown with some amazing shops and local restaurants.
