The flat (type 4) is located on the second and third floors of the Aparthotel and is accessible by lift. On the ground floor of the flat (214) is the hall, a 4-bed bedroom (a 2-bed and a bunk bed) and the bathroom. On the first floor is the living room, south-west-facing balcony and the kitchen. The view from the flat (ski slopes) is among one of the most beautiful in the Aparthotel and from early afternoon until evening there is sunshine on the balcony (with dining table and chairs). The flat is completely renovated and newly furnished. The living room has a cosy Austrian seating area. Our flat has reception of German and Dutch TV channels. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The appartment is located in the aparthotel (****) and has everything you could wish for a wonderful holiday. The beautiful and recently renovated hotel is close to the ski lift and ski slope, the ski school practice area and the ski bus stop. The cosy and friendly centre of Mittelberg with its nice restaurants, bars and shops is about 300 m away. Several beautiful cross-country skiing trails and hiking paths start near the hotel. The well-known Steinbeck trail starts behind the hotel. The Aparthotel has many facilities: a lovely indoor swimming pool with sun terrace, an indoor children's play area with play equipment (incl table tennis tables), bar/dancing (with often live music), and and a bowling alley. New is the Spa and Wellness Centre on the 6th floor. The hotel also houses a ski school and ski hire. In the attractive and excellent restaurant (also takeaway, pizza and sandwich service) you can have breakfast and dinner (also half-board possible.
