We offer either family flats or a double flat, all fully equipped with everything you will need (all flats have double sofa beds and bunk beds for the children) and you can be assured of a high standard of cleanliness. We are ideally situated with the beaches, Splashdown@Quaywest waterpark, Paignton town, harbour and leisure centre (with indoor pool) just a short walk away. The coach/train station is also close by. The space Flat 1 is a first floor family flat with kitchen area, fully equipped with everything you should need, dining table, easy to use and comfortable double sofa bed in the living area (which can be made up prior to your arrival if required) and separate bedroom with bunk-bed (for children) and space for a child’s bed or cot if required. It also has a self-contained shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and basin. The bedroom overlooks the Steam Railway line. A cot and high-chair is available on request. Electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter.
