Overlooking the Aegean Sea, Villa Tina provides a serene retreat for recharging in Crete. The Grecian holiday home is perched on a hillside on the outskirts of the village of Maroulas situated on the heights above Rethymno offering panoramic views. The 290 m2 villa is spread throughout three floors, all with elevator access and accommodates 10 people in beds. The space Villa Tina is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management.” Villa Tina boasts a luxury experience with top-of-the-line furnishings and has been designed to give you an unforgettable vacation. It is fully equipped to meet your needs featuring elevator access, five exquisite bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and offers full privacy. For your comfort, the villa is air conditioned throughout. Ground Floor The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining area. The furnishing, finishes and details are all oriented towards pure quality and seamless enjoyment, and you will be won over by the attention to detail. The living room features a large corner sofa, an energy fireplace, a 55’’ Smart HDTV with Netflix and a coffee table. The living room area’s balcony features outdoor furniture and sea views. Next to the living room you’ll find the dining area which provides seating for 10 guests. The modern fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances offers a double door refrigerator, a water filter, a pantry, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, toaster, an espresso and a filter coffee machine and a full gamma of dishes and utensils. The kitchen’s balcony features a large outdoor dining table that seats 10 guests, a Broil King gas barbecue and sea views. Finally the ground floor bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and washing machine, air conditioning, 32” TV, closet and a balcony with sea views. Lower Floor The lower level features a playroom with a large corner sofa, 65’’ HDTV with Netflix, Playstation 5, bluetooth speaker and games. Also, mini pool table is available. The gym equipment on this level includes an elliptical and a chest press weight machine along with yoga mats. Additionally, there is a kitchenette situated in the playroom with a mini fridge, coffee machine and dishes. More specifically the outdoor facilities include: - A private, 45 m2 infinity swimming pool, (0,40 - 1,40) m deep with a children’s section. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. -The pool terrace provides ample relaxing space for all guests and offers 6 comfortable sun beds, 4 poof sun beds, side tables and three large sun umbrellas - Outdoor shower - Shaded balcony which includes gas barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining table for 10 guests - Ping pong table - Play area with a child playhouse is available for our young guests. The lawn covered areas below the pool are also ideal for the children to play. - Parking space for up to 3 cars - The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance with a gate, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
