Self Contained Annex

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property. The space The annex is split in two, the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and kitchen table for dining. The living space has a double futon, TV and DVD player. Guest access Gated access to private drive. Parking is in front of the annex. The annex is situated next to the main cottage (as pictured) and is entered through the glass porch between the two buildings. Other things to note All sanitary products other than loo roll must be disposed of in the bin and not down the toilet. The macerator system cannot cope with wet wipes etc and will get blocked. We will have to retain your deposit for servicing fees should this mistake be made.
