The space The stylishly furnished, 78 m² basement apartment offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. It features a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, as well as a spacious living room with a fireplace and a pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 more people. A separate workspace with fast Wi-Fi is ideal for working from home or for longer stays. The modernly equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The spacious bathroom with shower and private sauna is directly accessible from the bedroom. A smart TV and fast Wi-Fi also ensure entertainment and a reliable internet connection during your stay. Free parking is right by the house. Nature & Surroundings The quiet location between Olpe and Siegen is an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities and excursions in the Sauerland region. Hiking and biking trails start practically right outside the front door. The nearby Biggesee offers a wide range of opportunities for swimming, sailing, diving, fishing and other water sports activities. The Biggesee-Listersee nature recreation area also invites you to explore with its numerous hiking trails and beautiful viewpoints. 🚲 Our guests also have the option of using 2 modern e-bikes for excursions in the surrounding area. 🏄 SUP boards can also be used optionally.
