The space Stylishly furnished 78 sqm basement apartment has a bedroom with double bed for 2 people, a large living room with fireplace and pull-out sofa bed suitable for 2 people, a work corner, as well as a modern equipped kitchen. The bathroom with spacious shower, in-house sauna and plenty of space to feel good can be reached via the bedroom. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (Nespresso) and kettle. Free parking is available right in front of the house. To keep you connected to the world, there is smart TV & Wi-Fi. Due to the good location between Olpe and Siegen, numerous leisure activities and excursion destinations can be reached in just a few minutes. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the front door. In addition, the location is perfect if you want to enjoy the tranquility and nature. For sailors, divers, surfers, anglers or for swimming, there are numerous possibilities around Biggesee. The hiking trails in the Biggesee-Listersee nature adventure area offer fantastic views. -> 2 modern e-bikes are available for exploring our beautiful area.
