The villa Saint Jean de Bray dunes is a beautiful 20th century villa, 100m from the beach, in the heart of the seaside resort in a quiet environment with uninterrupted views. Spacious and bright 150m² accommodation with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, for 8 adults and 2 children on the mezzanine floor Sunny terrace and courtyard Billiards, vintage arcade, Internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen Leisure area +€280 (IMPOSSIBLE for technical reasons from November to March inclusive) The space Ground floor Very bright 60m² living room opening onto a 30m² raised terrace and a 50m² south-facing courtyard, both sunny and sheltered from the wind, bathroom with walk-in shower. Bike and beach equipment storage. Optional extra (+€280): access to the leisure area with 6-seater spa, sauna and table soccer. Guest access Travellers have exclusive use of the villa (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace, courtyard, parking, bike room and beach equipment), excluding the basement and garage.
