Exotic home in nature. Beautiful view, peaceful

NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD, ALCOHOL BASED PARTIES, FESTIVAL SLEEP OVERS OR EVENTS. Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town center. My home in the trees (I live here, not just an airbnb rental for profit, I will be travelling) overlooks the lake in a tranquil area with a large garden, orchard and fruit trees. WE HAVE 2, VERY FRIENDLY, 4 YEAR OLD CATS LIVING OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN. if you don't like cats please do not send a request. The space Our home is located in nature up a small hill in the trees. Many birds at night, deer in the morning can be seen in the orchard. I have a 400m terraced orchard connected to the house with fig, apple, pear, plum, walnut and peach trees. Garden with tomatoes, peppers, zucchini as well as many herbs. Many berry bushes around the property. Close to town centre, (car= 3 min. Bike= 10 min. Beautiful, 15/20 minute walk along the river. We have 2, very friendly outdoor cats that live in the garden and they love to be around people. All food is prepared and ready (they have an auto feeder for dry food on a timer). I will show you how to feed them wet food, it is very easy. They were born and raised on our property and are members of our family. If you would like to let Leo, the black, 4 year old, into the house with you, it is up to you but not necessary. He will definitely climb up onto the bed with you if you want so you can pet him, but it is not necessary. PLEASE NOTE:  The air conditioning / heating is set up on a timer. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING REMOTE CONTROL.  it is set up automatically and connected to an app on my phone. We also have electric heating which keeps the home very comfortable. PLEASE NOTE: The 2 wood stoves are not in use (we are replacing the chimneys), but the home has upstairs - downstairs automatic heating and air-conditioning so it will be very comfortable inside all year. PLEASE NOTE: All outside lights and the water fountain are solar and will turn on and off automatically. SECURITY CAMERA We have 1 camera that can see only the front gate/parking area. it is mounted on the roof of the wooden outdoor area and can only see the white gate/parking area. Guest access Please note that you will need to drive up a small hill, but the access is very easy and convenient. There are also 3 stairs leading to the very large shower area. The shower area is large enough to sit in a chair or even lay down. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The air conditioning/heating is set up on a timer. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING REMOTE. it is set up and connected to an app on my phone. Sometimes it is on "dehumidify" mode, sometimes on "cooling/heating" mode. The inside temperature is always comfortable year round and I can adjust it to your needs through the app on my phone. There is a large, new bed downstairs for two adults with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. upstairs in bedroom#2 there is a new double bed with a very comfortable and new memory foam mattress. in the second upstairs room there is a couch/pull out bed with a very comfortable fold-out bed. PLEASE NOTE OUTSIDE: The indoor and outdoor wood stove chimneys are being replaced and cannot be used. all outdoor lights as well as our fountain are solar paneled and automatically controlled by timers to turn on at sunset. you do not need to do anything to control the lighting everything is automatic.
