Located in Gueutteville les Grès, in the heart of the Pays de Caux, between the beaches of Saint Valery-en-Caux and Veules les Roses, 30 km from Dieppe and Fécamp and 45 km from Etretat, this old 17th century farmhouse, completely renovated and transformed into three cottages, can accommodate you for a stay in peace. The space This brick-built house, composed on the ground floor of a fully equipped living room/kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, dishwasher...). A living room with TV, DVD, two sofas, coffee table, games and books. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. A separate toilet. A laundry room with washer-dryer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and one bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds. Bed linen is provided and beds made upon arrival on the premises (duvets and pillows). Possibility of renting a high chair, a baby bed and an extra bed (sheets not provided). Outside, a large parking lot is at your disposal, around the latter you will find a petanque court as well as a swing and slide for children This vacation rental has a private part of the land equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and sunbathing. A jacuzzi for 3 to 4 people is available for the three cottages in a separate room with garden views. The rate is 250 euros for a weekend (2 nights), 630 euros per week and 400 euros mid-week (4 nights) for all other durations, please contact me.
