On the first floor large living room with TV, sofa for relaxing after a day at the beach. Kitchen equipped with all the crockery and the necessary for cooking, cutlery pots etc ..... Upstairs there are three bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONER, two bedrooms with double bed (one with ensuite bathroom) and one with two beds (which can become a double bed on request) .Two bathrooms, one with shower the other equipped also of bathtub .You will find everything you need: table and iron, washing machine (on the balcony) and hairdryer, you can only come with the suitcase and the rest I think .... on request I also provide linen. Do not neglect the PRIVATE MACHINE PLACE (medium size car) under the house. Perimeter balcony 10 meters long and 1 mt wide. In addition, the house has an autoclave and independent water tank in the event that during the summer there was a shortage of water on the promontory. At 100 meters there is the supermarket and a few meters bakery bar and other shops and services. For a walk on the seafront the Port area is close (about 300 meters) so no car is needed.
