RENOVATED APARTMENT This is a beautiful space where we have taken care of every last detail to make our guests feel at home. The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It is located behind the beach and promenade, next to the leisure sites. It also has two swimming pools for children and adults, common areas, an outdoor patio and a large terrace for dining. The space The apartment is newly renovated with a Nordic style, predominantly natural pine wood in an organic decorating line to relax and enjoy a vacation in a cozy atmosphere. We have AIR CONDITIONING for hot summer days. ROOMS AND BEDS FOR SLEEPING: The apartment has two bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. In addition, for larger groups we have a sofa bed and a folding futon pouf for the floor. The recommended capacity is 6 people, although we receive families with children, thus being a total of 8 people. BEDROOM 1* The master bedroom has a 135x190cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe with two bodies and three heights. This room has a window overlooking the terrace and the outside. BEDROOM 2* The second bedroom has a beautiful handmade tatami with pine boards and floating decking, a double bed of 135x190cm and a wardrobe made with esparto ropes, bamboo, wooden boxes and pine boards. This room has a window overlooking the house's outdoor patio. FUTON BED 3* The third space is in the living room, making it a comfortable open bedroom with a TV and a 200cm sofa bed that can be converted into a 135x190cm double bed. This space has a sliding door with access to the terrace. FOLDING FUTON POUFFE 4* This is a pouf, table, mattress or folding seat measuring 64x64x44cm convertible into a comfortable floor mattress with two size options: Double 130x195cm or Single 64x195cm. This can be opened at night in both the living room and in one of the two bedrooms, being able to choose between a single or double mattress. (RECOMMENDED for children) All beds have bedding, natural white sheets of 100% cotton of 300 threads and 2 towels of cotton of 600 threads in each room. KITCHEN: The fully open kitchen with a classic modernist style has a breakfast bar, cabinets at the bottom and pine shelves at the top. For cooking, there is a 3-burner panoramic glass-ceramic hob with child lock and a 2-body metallic refrigerator. Kitchenware and tableware are provided, and we give our guests some details :D. LIVING ROOM: The living room is composed of a sofa bed convertible to a double bed 200x120cm in sofa mode and 135x200 in bed mode. It has storage possibilities such as pillows or cushions. This space is decorated with an esparto carpet and a wicker pouf, as well as a coffee table with space inside and a 55'' Panasonic smart TV. The living room also has a 120cm round dining table with 4 chairs. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bathtub with a sliding door, sink, toilet and washing machine. We leave shampoo and bath gel in all our reservations. TERRACE: The terrace is designed to enjoy lunches or dinners depending on the season of the year and has a removable handmade table made with a natural pine wood board and 2 easels plus 4 terrace chairs. Guest access The complex has two swimming pools for adults and children, in a garden area with benches. The area is quiet and close to leisure sites. The building is located behind the promenade and the beach where you will find all kinds of bars and restaurants. Other things to note Barbecues are forbidden in the apartment, terrace or common areas as well as the pool.
