The space You use the entire apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor on the right. The apartment is lovingly furnished. The special feature of the bedroom is the wonderfully large bed with its dimensions of 2.20 x 2.10. The furnishings are harmoniously coordinated with attention to detail. The sleeping area for the 3rd person is in the separate living room and is provided with a full, comfortable bed 90 x 200. Otherwise, this is convenient for reading and relaxing. The balcony overlooks the countryside on allotments and in summer a large tree provides shade. The kitchen is fully equipped. A coffee filter machine is available for coffee. A desk fits into the bedroom. In the living room there is a dining table, which can also be used for work, etc. Another way to sit is in the kitchen. The apartment is great for business stays of colleagues, as the rooms have different possibilities. An additional cleaning service & laundry service is available by prior arrangement and for a fee. Parking is available free of charge directly on the public street in front of the house. Our property has a large garden. You are welcome to use it. On request, a 4th person can sleep in the living room on a couch. We would like to point out that the city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% on the gross overnight price, which is to be paid additionally by the guest. Guest access Our property has a bicycle cellar, which you can reach barrier-free via the courtyard door and a garden for shared use. If you come with sports luggage, we have separate, locked storage facilities for it. The washing machine is in the laundry room. Please request the key before checking in if necessary. Laundry drying can be done in the garden or on the balcony with a clothes dryer. The bedroom is basically prepared for 2 guests. If you need both beds, please let us know when booking. Of course, we will arrange this. Other things to note Please understand that pets are not allowed. Children are welcome. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. We are a non-smoking apartment! We offer free Wi-Fi. But please note our instructions in the manual. We kindly ask you to note that our apartment is lovingly furnished. It should be treated the same way. We are NOT A HOTEL! Nevertheless, we attach great importance to living comfort. So we provide you with several pillows, towels of different sizes, etc. If you want a hotel, you shouldn't book a guest apartment!
