Tanner Coach House is a newly-renovated studio on a converted farm situated between the villages of Goudhurst and Marden. Set in beautiful Kentish countryside, the local villages boast country pubs, independent shops, cafes and more. The Kent/Sussex coast is within easy reach, lined with charming seaside towns and villages. Explore the many historic houses, gardens & vineyards this area has to offer. The Coach House is a large studio apartment, with fully fitted and equipped kitchen, Italian marble bathroom with huge rainwater shower and seperate toilet. We live on site, we are a friendly and sociable family but respect peoples privacy. We are very lucky to live in an area that is surrounded by lovely places to visit and great places to eat. National Trust, Scotney and Sissinghurst Castles are a 10 min drive. Bewl Water and Bedgebury are very close by for those who enjoy water sports/cycling and walking. Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone are a stones throw away. Reach the beach in half an hour. Short walk to the amazing Hush Heath vineyard and 3 miles to the local gin distillery (Anno). Lovely cafe's, restaurants and country pubs close by. There is so much to do, not possible to list it all! We have a lovely camping site (Tanner Farm Park) next door, you are welcome to use the shop to buy provisions. Or walk through a field along the river to Ladysden pick your own farm, seasonal fruit and veg, with cafe and ice creams and a garden where you can have a local tipple! Catch the train from Marden (2 miles) and be in London (50 mins and £17.50pp return) enjoy sightseeing, museums, theatre, culture!
