Penthouse next to the Cathedral, charming, cozy, coquettish, very bright, and with a spectacular terrace. Our apartment is completely renovated in 2018 and renovated in 2022 with high quality. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, free high-speed wifi internet connection, air conditioning with a heat pump, an electric fireplace, two televisions with an extensive list of channels (including some international), Netflix, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped to make travelers feel at home, with a microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The attic is very bright. All rooms have windows to the outside. The living room has two windows and a large window from which you can access the terrace. It also has a sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed of 1.50m, dressing table, television and a dressing room of 5m2. Our accommodation has a large terrace of 50 meters, overlooking the dome of the cathedral, where you can enjoy the wonderful climate of Murcia, as well as a romantic dinner by candlelight. Other things to note What to do in Murcia Visitors can take advantage of the warm Murcian sunshine to walk around the historic city and visit some of the country's most beautiful monuments, including the cathedral, the Royal Casino, the Episcopalian Palace, City Hall, the “Puente Nuevo" and the “Puente de los Peligros". One can also indulge in the gastronomic delights of the region in one of the many squares including “Las Plazas Santo Domingo, de Belluga, de Los Apόstoles, de las Flores and Mayor", all of which are filled with fantastic restaurants to enjoy anything from a light snack to a full lunch or dinner whilst taking in the vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere of the street. For those interested in the history of the region, there are many interesting and varied museums in the city including the Archaeological museum and the museums “de La Ciudad, de Bellas Artes, de La Ciencia and de Salzillo". However, for the nature walkers and photographers amongst you, the area boasts some beautiful scenic walks in the surrounding mountains where one can visit the sanctuaries of “La Luz" or “La Virgen de La Fuensanta" whilst taking advantage of the spectacular views of the city. Theatre lovers will be spoilt for choice with the “Teatro Romea", the “Teatro Circo", or the “Teatro Bernal" or even the “Auditorio Victor Villegas", all of which stage a wide variety of shows to suit all tastes. Beachgoers will not be disappointed with some beautiful beaches within easy reach of the flat (30 minutes by car). We would be more than happy to help you to arrange a visit to any of the local beaches or other popular destinations in the region such as the city of Cartagena with its “Teatro Romano" and “Puerto Marίtimo", the city of Totana with its “parque natural de Sierra Espuña" and sanctuary of “La Santa" and the city of Caravaca with its “paraje de las Fuentes del Marqués" and sanctuary of “La Vera Cruz".
