Country cottage near the sea, ideal with children

We welcome you for your stays in Normandy in our property built in 1863. Our Fleur de Lin cottage is ideal for a family with several children or two couples. Located in an outbuilding, it has been completely renovated with authentic materials. If you are looking for a peaceful place close to the coast, with charm and a warm welcome, we will be happy to host you. It is possible to book full board or half board. The space The cottage is located on a property that has three vacation rentals and a house where the owners live. It is completely independent of other accommodations. With an area of 72 m2, it is composed on the ground floor of a dining kitchen with sitting area and a double bedroom with bathroom (corner bathtub). Upstairs you will find the toilet, a landing room with a 120 x 200 cm bed and a play area for children (desk, sofa, games...) and a second double bedroom (+ baby bed) with shower room. Outside, a terrace with barbecues, garden furniture, brazier. Then a large garden with a portico, swing, trampoline, farm animals (chickens, rabbits, ponies) Guest access Parking is in the courtyard of the property, it is lit and monitored by video. For your travels, a vehicle is highly recommended, however there is free on-demand transportation that can take you to the other villages of Petit-Caux and to the beach.
