Small family oasis in Heiligendamm on the Baltic Sea

Our small apartment with one bedroom is located on the ground floor, so you are right in your own garden area, where there are play facilities for the children such as a sandbox or a trampoline. In general, we have everything you need for a relaxing vacation with small children. Quietly located on the Baltic Sea, in the tranquil Heiligendamm, not only relaxing beach days can be spent. Your family home right on the Baltic Sea! The space Heiligendamm - the white city by the sea, is known for the health value of the Baltic Sea, the clear and clean air and the many hours of sunshine. Your holiday home with its approx. 30 m² is located on the ground floor in the annex of a detached house, about 500 m from the beach of the oldest seaside resort in Germany, in Heiligendamm. The small gem was completely renovated and lovingly furnished at the beginning of 2013. After an extensive discovery tour or a day at the beach, the 180 cm large comfortable bed invites you to relax. Before your arrival, all beds will be freshly made and invitingly prepared for you. All you have to do is fall into the pillows. You can also relax wonderfully in the cozy living room with a sofa corner and TV with an adjoining open kitchenette and a sociable dining area. Here, you won't even mind a rainy day at home. One or two sleeping options can be provided in the living room with the pull-out couch in 1.40 m width. In the small modern kitchenette you will find everything you need to prepare your meals. Whether it's a coffee maker, dishes, pots, microwave, kettle, toaster or fridge - everything is available. In the modern shower room, towels and a starter pack of toiletries are at your disposal. Free parking is also available on the premises. A small highlight is the separate and very quiet, extremely spacious private garden area. Here you will find a cozy sitting area with a grill, surrounded by fruit trees. The whole apartment is very lovingly decorated and so comfortably equipped that nothing stands in the way of your family vacation with a feeling of home. For families, we therefore offer free cribs, high chairs, a huge shed with a wagon and toys as well as simply everything to be able to spend the vacation with small children in a relaxed way. Bicycles can be rented on site at any time, as there is a cooperation with a provider with pick-up and delivery service. Guest access The whole apartment as well as the separate garden area is at your disposal. The apartment is located on the ground floor in the annex of a detached house and can be reached via a private entrance. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included. The municipality charges a tourist tax for the use of public facilities such as the beach, etc. with seasonal rates, which must be paid in addition upon arrival on site.
