Lovely Victorian terraced cottage in central Southam with 2 double bedrooms, sleeping 4 for all with hotel-quality linen and large fluffy towels. Ideally situated for access to the Warwick House venue in a 10-min walk. Also perfectly placed for contractors working on HS2. The space The kitchen is fully equipped for your home away from home, with fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave and the downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. A wide screen TV and high speed broadband are included. Outside you'll find a delightful garden with patio and garden furniture for catching afternoon or evening sun. We welcome a maximum of 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately). Guest access Plenty of unrestricted on street parking available outside the house. Access is via a lock box for self check in. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules. Other things to note Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas.
