Traditional Greek home set atop the hills with views of the countryside and walking distance to beaches and monastery.This lovely home has been in the family for generations used by the family for summer vacations, family gatherings and olive production for many years. Quiet and secluded amongst rolling hills filled with traditional farmland. A short drive to Ancient Olympia where the Olympic games first began. The space Villa Christina is located near the village of Skafidia by the Ionian Sea Coast of Western Greece. The property is built on ancestral land on top of a low hill surrounded by olive and orange groves. It overlooks to the left, the valley below, and to the right, the picturesque cypress forest. One can sit for hours on the porch of Villa Christina and gaze the serene and peaceful rolling hills of the horizon and get immersed in tranquility by the changes of the green colors of olive, orange, and cypress trees. The house accommodates up to 10 people. It features two bedrooms each with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a day bed. A sun room with raised build couches provides additional sleeping space for at least 3 adults/children. Please contact me for additional information in case we need to accommodate additional guests. The kitchen is well equipped with all major appliances and it also includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven and toast maker. There is also a high chair available for young children. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower and also houses a washing machine and clothes dryer. All rooms are furnished with vintage and antique furnishings and personal touches that emphasize the rustic and casual style of the house. The front porch of the house offers beautiful and majestic views of the valley and the cypress forest.
