Welcome to our newly built vacation apartment in 2020 in the middle of the Franconian Lake District not far from Nuremberg. The 45 m² studio, suitable for allergy sufferers, was furnished with a lot of love for detail and using high-quality materials. From the window you can enjoy an unobstructed view of fields, meadows and forests. In the garden there is a covered patio with barbecue facilities, sun loungers and a children's playground. The space The bright living room is equipped with a cozy TV corner with a smart TV and Wi-Fi (100 Mbit). The spacious dining table also has plenty of space for board games. Oversized duvets and two pillow variants ensure your sleeping comfort. The modern bathroom pampers you with a rain shower and fluffy towels. Enjoy the comfort of our fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, fridge with freezer, stove with oven and microwave. The dishwasher does the dishes for you!
