Small cottage on a large natural plot close to Gudenåen

The cottage is simple and personally decorated. Still with some of the atmosphere from '67 when it was built. It is located on a large natural plot (3,000 m2) in a protected cottage area, close to Gudenåen with access to a common area with a jetty and its own canoe. The forest, Mossø and the heather hills are just around the corner. On the property, there is an annex that we ourselves have for our products. Sverre is a ceramist and Anne Mette is a weaver. We live (and work) in the neighboring house and are always available when we are home. The space The house is located in a quiet area with many trees on the property. There is a covered terrace outside the annex. A small path leads out into the forest and the protected area Dalgård, which lies down to Gudensø. At the end of the gravel road, a 5-minute walk, you are at Gudenåen, at the area's beautiful common area with table and benches. Here is the house's canoe and here you can swim (swimming ladder). The house is made of aerated concrete, there is a high ceiling, cork on the floor in the living room, kitchen and one room. Wooden floors in the other. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. The bathroom is original from 1967 - but hot water comes out of the shower :-). The kitchen is new. Feel free to visit ANNEKSET and our workshops during your stay. It may happen that we ourselves have visitors to ANNEKSET. Bed linen and towels can be rented by appointment (DKK 100/set). You pay for electricity usage upon departure (DKK 3/kWh) Extra firewood is purchased for DKK 50 per bag. Also payable upon departure.
