My place is close to La Loupe (8 km) and Bretoncelles (8 km) and about 1 hr 40 min from Paris. You'll love this house because of the outdoor areas. This restored farmhouse of about 180 m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is at your disposal for a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. The space This restored farmhouse, located at the end of a quiet path, consists of a large living room, dining room, games room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, a landing room with sofa bed, a bathroom and toilet. The adjoining garden will allow you to have lunch outside, relax and for the children to play... Small pets are allowed. Possibility to bring your horse (meadow + adjoining box, (URL HIDDEN)/day) At your disposal: A pool table 4 adult bikes 2 deckchairs Tables, garden chairs and BBQ A ping-pong table A game of badminton Swing, shed and sandbox... Guest access by car, (it's the easiest because the house is located in the countryside) or by train (La Loupe or Bretoncelles station) Other things to note Arriving from LA LOUPE, stay on the RD 920 towards Rémalard, turn right towards LE PAS ST L'HOMER (after the fork intersection with RD 2) At the end of the road, turn left then take the first right At the end of the path, turn right, continue to the grey aluminum gate You've arrived. From the village of LA MADELEINE BOUVET, head towards LA LOUPE RD 920 at the top of the hill, take the 2nd road on the left towards LE PAS ST L'HOMER, then the 2nd road on the left again (Chemin de la Donnette)
