Integrated mosquito nets in all openable windows. Slatted curtains for sun protection in the living room. Spacious hall with convenient storage and heating cabinet. Shoe shelves and hat shelf with room for two large families. Large bathroom with toilet, shower, sauna and washing machine. An extra toilet is available next to the hall. Toilet paper is available and is replenished by the tenant so the supply is always full. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size dishwasher, hot-air oven, microwave and induction stove from Siemens. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric whisk, hand blender, fridge and freezer are available. Large dining table with room for 8-10 people. Vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, dust cloths, cleaning agents that are replaced by the tenant when something runs out. Note: The tenant is responsible for final cleaning of the house before departure. A quick guide for the use of TV, fireplace, dishwasher, drying cabinet, sauna, etc. is in the cabinet under the TV. Lockable ski storage right at your doorstep. Parking spaces for 2 cars. Road and parking are regularly shoveled by the community. Large terrace stretches around the house in the east, south and west direction. Grill (charcoal grill) is available to borrow. Guest access Rental guests have access to the whole cottage except for a locked cabinet in the master bedroom and a storage room upstairs/in the loft. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Guests need to bring their own sheets and towels. NOTE: 8 sets of down pillows and duvets for all beds are available. The house does not contain any protective gates or high chairs or the like that are suitable for smaller children. The cottage contains a steep staircase up to the loft that may be unsuitable for small children.
