Villa is a unique, spacious, and comfortable ocean retreat. A beautiful tropical oasis ready to fulfill your dream vacation to relax with your feet in the sand. The villa is in Arroyo, PR and comes with everything you need to spend time away. King and twin beds, sofa, dining table, bathroom with shower, air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and TV. Full kitchen and outdoor living room with barbecue and bar with sink. The space Villa is located in the back of the Campo Mar Resort community. Our community has 40 villas inside and 10 facing the sea. Our Villa 26 is one of the 10 facing the beach. Direct access to the backyard with palm trees and the ocean to enjoy an exclusive and spectacular view. You can expect to find many types of wildlife, including iguanas, parrots, and many types of marine species, such as sand dollars and starfish. Guest access Guests will access the community through the main doors. Parking is available for one car directly on the driveway in front of the villa. Please note that parking is strictly enforced by the association. Other things to note Laundry is available at the clubhouse. Guests can access and use the clubhouse and recreational areas, such as the tennis and basketball courts and the pool, but must comply with the posted rules.
