We are a condominium with 50 villas, 10 of them are Beach Front. Our Villa is one of the 10 with exclusive Ocean Front, plus having access to the amenities, Pool, Tennis court, Basketball court. The space Villa is located in the rear of the Campo Mar Resort Community. Our community has 40 villas inside and 10 facing the Sea. Our Villa 26 is one of the 10 facing the Beach. Direct access to the backyard with the Palms and Ocean for the exclusive and Spectacular View. You can expect to find many types of wildlife including iguanas, parrots and many types of marine species such a sand dollars and sea stars. Guest access Guests will access the community through the front gates. Parking is available for one car only directly in the driveway in front of the villa. Please be advised that parking is strictly enforced by the association. Other things to note Laundry is available on the premises in the club house. Guests may access and use club house and recreational areas such as tennis and basketball courts and pool but must abide by posted rules.
