Our lovingly furnished tiny houses are located directly on the shaded edge of the forest, only 500 m from the Kinzig reservoir – perfect for diving & relaxing. With 2 bedrooms, large terrace, gas grill, playground & WiFi, also ideal for home office. Dogs welcome! Now spontaneously out into the countryside & take a deep breath. 🌞 The space The Tiny House is a small cozy vacation home that can be used in any season. The house is modern and decorated with attention to detail and was extensively remodeled and insulated in 2023. The house has a large terrace well-equipped with various furniture. You can barbecue outside on the terrace under the open sky, enjoy the sun in the beach chair or simply relax in a daybed on the terrace adjacent to the house. On the extensively furnished terrace there is both a gas grill and a ball charcoal grill available. A large playground for child and dog (private, belongs to the property) is right outside the door. Other things to note The dog is charged €30 per dog per stay (not per night). Wi-Fi on the property, the terrace and in the cottage. Our cottage is insulated and heated with a gas room heater in the cold season. For this, we charge a heating cost flat rate of €5/night. This is paid in cash on site. In the months of November - April, most of the furniture is wintered. We put away all the carpets, upholstery, mattresses, hanging swing and hammock. The small balcony remains furnished. Under the pavilion roof is a large table with two benches and an armchair and can continue to be used. Of course, the two grills and fire pit. 2 e-bikes for a fee (€25/bike per day) With us you can enjoy tranquility. Unfortunately, it can't be done without work noises. Our 14,000 sqm property with meadows, hedges and trees has to be maintained. That means that sometimes you can hear a lawn mower, leaf blower or even a motor-sense during the day. Furthermore, expansion work is carried out in between in the former restaurant on the property next door. However, this is not disruptive to guests. On the large property there are four cottages and a residential building with two apartments. We use one apartment as a holiday apartment ourselves and the second is rented to forest workers. The cottages are all next to each other at a distance of 30-40 meters. Each house has its own terrace. The house is further away. The restaurant is not visible behind the residential building and is not part of the holiday home grounds. On the large playground there are playground equipment from the former restaurant, but these are not serviced. Use at your own risk, as the playground as such is no longer operated by us. The property is located outside the district of Marborn and belongs to the city of Steinau an der Strasse. It is located between forest and meadows.
