The Cottage is a self catering holiday let. Newbury Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one en-suite cloakroom) a spacious living room with wood burning stove + a 50" Smart TV, a shower room & a full kitchen with dining area. Outside there is sheltered porch and ample off road parking. EV charge Point large shared garden laundry facilities. Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around. The space There is a private sheltered entrance porch at the front, allowing seating and open to the garden and parking area. The kitchen diner is downstairs with a staircase up to the living spaces. Note. There is no handrail on 2 steps leading down to the landing And not suitable for the elderly. Upstairs the living room is quite spacious with a wood burner and smart TV & a large corner sofa and arm chair. The first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite toilet and sink whilst the other bedroom has one double bed and one single both look out over the garden. The bathroom has a roomy shower but please note there is no bath at the property. Outside there is an Volt share EV pay as you go charger on a reasonable Tariff giving you the flexibility to charge your vehicles with ease through the volt share app or App less (Charge power 7kw Connector type 2). Also outside is a wooden cabin for the laundry and a garden which you can use. We are very close to the A27 which allows quick access to many surrounding towns and areas, Goodwood is 10 minutes away, Chichester, Arundel 10 minutes. The South downs are in close proximity as well as the beaches of Wittering's and Bognor Regis. We have lived here since 2011 and in 2018 added the annex to the property for holiday lets. The cottage is one of two holiday lets at the property. Mulberry cottage sits next door and offers 3 bedrooms. Guest access Access to cottage and shared garden area with parking Other things to note New bury cottage sits in the grounds of New bury farm and is one of two holiday lets at the location, If you like exploring we have it all around us. You will need a car to get around but local taxis are available.Castles, Cathedrals, Historic town's, Antiques, Goodwood and Fontwell racecourses, beaches, great restaurants and bars . The cottage is also ideal for business guests. We have a couple of local pubs , The gribble is about 3 mile drive and is recommended by other guests for the good food and Chichester has some great restaurants .Don’t forget to book wherever you go. Or if you just want to relax you can stay at the cottage and chill on the porch with a glass of wine. There are 2 security cameras . One facing the drive and parking . The other is a door bell camera near the gated area.
