The house looks straight out onto the Sierra del Cuera. A country base that combines quiet with a genuine local feel. Ideal for leaving the city behind and enjoying the mountains and beaches of Asturias. The space Between the Cantabrian Sea and the Picos de Europa, in the village of Parres and only ten minutes from Llanes, this welcoming country house is the right place to switch off. Inside, a living room with a fireplace; outside, a quiet village and lovely views. The house is spread over three floors. On the ground floor: Outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. Living room with fireplace, high-speed fibre optic internet and a flat-screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor: The main bedroom, with a double bed, terrace and full bathroom. On the third floor: The second bedroom, with two single beds, an extra bed and a full bathroom. Guest access The house is entirely yours and for your exclusive use, with no shared areas and no other guests inside. It is spread over three floors linked by stairs, with two bathrooms, one per floor. Outside you have a terrace with a table and chairs on the ground floor and the wooden balcony off the main bedroom, which looks out at the Sierra del Cuera. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room: firewood is not included, you buy it on the way at petrol stations and supermarkets. There is no parking space or garage; you park on the village street, where there is almost always room. Pets are welcome if you let us know beforehand. Other things to note THE HOME The house is spread over three floors linked by stairs: worth keeping in mind if you travel with small children or anyone with reduced mobility. The router is in the living room, so the Wi-Fi signal is weaker in the top-floor bedroom. ENTRY Self check-in with a key safe, any time from 16:00. Check-out is by 11:00. There is no assigned space: you park on the street, and in the village there is nearly always room. GUEST REGISTRATION Required for all guests (Royal Decree 933/2021). Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a link to complete it online in two minutes. Registered holiday home (VV plaque on the façade).
