The space This exclusive colonial beachfront villa is fully equipped for group stays, family vacations, or long weekends with friends. With 5 bedrooms offering a mix of king beds, bunk beds, and cots, the home can comfortably sleep up to 30 guests (additional guests require a fee). You'll also find 5 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple indoor lounging areas, and a large dining table for enjoying meals together inside. 🌴 Outdoor Amenities The outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment: Large pool for adults Separate shallow pool for children Outdoor shower and sun loungers BBQ and bar area under a shaded rancho Games, books, and beach toys available Direct beach access for guests and ATVs Our on-site caretakers provide daily housekeeping and groundskeeping during your stay. A full-time cook is available for your group upon request. 🐾 Pet Policy We allow one dog per reservation, with prior approval and a pet fee. The dog must be over 6 months old, fully house-trained, and not allowed on furniture or beds. ⚡ Electricity Use The rental includes 100 kWh of electricity per day. Additional usage will be billed separately. To avoid overages, we recommend turning off air conditioning units when not in use. 🎉 Events & Gatherings Planning a special event? Guest access Guest will have full access to the house, beach, pool, kitchen. If the guest is renting less than 5 bedrooms, the unoccupied bedrooms will be locked and the guest will have private access to all other areas, the house will not be shared with other guests.
