Private Cosy Annexe Central Location in Small Town

Centrally located in Winterton comfortable for a singleton, couple or couple with child with a host of food outlets, pubs and shops conveniently located on your doorstep. Only 25mins from Humberside Airport. This compact self catering annexe is within the grounds of a family home with outside seating available to enjoy. Please note there are resident Cockerpoos on the grounds. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only). Secure on-site parking for motorbikes. The space The Cottage is designed open plan to be light and airy with Scandi decor. The kitchenette is equipped for light cooking, and the desk in the lounge converts into a dining table for two. A standard double bed is provided though the sofa can be made into a single sofa bed too, if required, for a child to occupy (please note not suitable for adult use). The annexe is all on ground floor level and easily accessible with private entrance. There is a compact ensuite shower room and open face wardrobe/drawer space in the bedroom. Guests are welcome to share use of the garden/patio area, and can help themselves to herbs, lettuce and other produce from the mini allotment. There is secure private parking on site for motorbikes too. Guest access Guests will have access to the patio area. The rear garden and decking is 'private' for use by host only. There is free on street parking though there are parking restrictions in place. The Cottage does have secure and private parking on site for motorbikes. There is a newly built park just a minutes stroll away for the children/adults alike. Other things to note Please kindly note that the sofa in the lounge can be made into a small single bed for child occupancy (the sofa bed is not suitable for adult use). Please message us if a child is travelling with you and we will ensure the bed is made up in advance of your arrival. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only) as the accommodation is compact. Please remember to keep your pet off the furniture, and not leave him/her unattended in the property. We have a poop scoop system in place with our own dogs, and will show you how it works and where your pet can venture. There are lovely walks around the town. Our pet fee covers extra cleaning costs following your stay. Any unexpected pet damage in the property or on the grounds will be charged for. Our long stay guests receive a weekly housekeeping service (general clean, change of bedlinen and towels) as well as 1 load of laundry (washed & dried).
