The building is from the 1970s but the apartment has been renovated, measures 40 m2, building right on the beach. It has a Samsung 40” Smart TV. The most remarkable thing is the ocean views, which are priceless, and it is a real privilege to see the sunsets from the sofa or bed. Don't forget to bring your camera!! The sofa has a new grey upholstery, please maximize the care of the sofa , since if there were stains it could incur an extra cleaning expense for the guest , checking it in house cleaning of the sofa . There is new Samsung 40”Smart TV since February 2020 , with more than 100 channels in several languages . Netflix for use with guest personal key. Air conditioning in the living /dining room . Ceiling fan in bedroom with remote control. Smart washer / dryer, new since April 2019 brand LG . There is a beach umbrella and 2 beach towels. Cleanliness has always been one of my priorities as a host. Private closet: The bedroom closet, which has a lock (knob with key), is for private use and contains items and equipment exclusively for housekeeping purposes. We appreciate your understanding and your compliance with this rule. Calahonda is a village of Mijas -Costa , located 16 minutes by car from Marbella, the taxi price between 24€and 30€. There are also frequent buses, the bus stop is a 5 min walk away. It is also a 15-minute drive from Fuengirola, there are also buses . There are 25 min to Malaga airport and 35 min à Málaga city. Guest access There are 2 keys, one for the apartment door and one for the gate. On the intercom of the portal, dial 32 + bell The pool in 2025 will be open from April 15 to September 30. Hours from 11 am to 9 pm. The pool doors will automatically close at 9:00 pm. It is important to leave the pool before 9:00 pm. Other things to note 🅿️ You can park on the street, it's free parking, no blue area. 🔑 The orange key is the pool key, the loss or deterioration of this key , it costs €60 for the guest. Pool doors 🚪 are closed by automatic system at 9pm ( 9pm) , it is important to exit the pool enclosure by 9pm as the key will not work after this time . 💦 The A/C drain is located on the terrace, inside a bucket placed above the air conditioning outdoor unit. It is very important to monitor this cube and empty it before it fills, to prevent the water from spilling. Thank you for your cooperation. 💦 Bedroom Light 🔆 Notice The bedroom light switch is connected to the outdoor switch, so:    •   If you turn the light on from the outside and then turn it off from the inside, the outdoor switch will not turn on the light until you turn on/off from the inside again.    •   To avoid confusion, it is best to always use the same switch (only from inside or only from outside).    •   You can also control the light and ceiling fan with the remote control available in the room. 🪟Blinds: Please raise and lower the blinds gently and delicately, avoiding jerks or sudden movements, to prevent possible damage to the mechanism.
